Siphne Sylve, UrbanArt’s Public Art Project Manager and Manager of the Public Art Community Outreach Program, will be promoted to Interim Director of Public Art as of June 2013. She is taking the reins from Whitney Ranson who is resigning from her position to pursue her Master of Architecture degree at Clemson University, after nearly four years with the organization. read more »
