Whirl

John Medewedeff's sculpture Whirl mirrors the eddies and whirls of the Mississippi River. The sculpture provides visitors with a shaded seat and a fantastic view of the river from atop the Chickasaw bluffs in Vance Park.

The work received an award from the National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA) in 2002.
